Privacy Policy
- No account, sign-up or login. The game never asks for your name, email address or any other personal details.
- Your progress, stars, hints and settings are stored on your device and are never sent to us.
- No ads, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing follows you across other companies' apps or websites, and we never sell data.
- The game contacts RevenueCat to load, confirm and restore purchases. Payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat uses an anonymous app ID; the game does not ask for your identity.
Who we are
Tiny Tumbles ("the game") is published by Appana Ventures LLC. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Appana Ventures LLC.
What we collect
Gameplay: nothing. The game doesn't send your levels, scores, stars, hints, settings or any other gameplay activity anywhere. We never receive or see it.
Purchases: a purchase record only. If you buy or restore something, the details described under In-app purchases are shared with the relevant store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and RevenueCat so the purchase can be confirmed and unlocked.
Support emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you, and we delete support emails when they're no longer needed to help you.
In-app purchases
Tiny Tumbles offers optional one-time purchases: the Full Workshop, the Workshop Supporter Pack, the Supporter Upgrade, the Collector's Marble Set hint packs and booster packs. Payment is handled by Apple through the App Store on iOS, or by Google through Google Play on Android. We never receive your store password, card number or billing address, and neither does the game.
To unlock and restore purchases, the game uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), a service that checks purchases with Apple or Google Play. The game contacts RevenueCat when it starts, when you open the shop, and when you buy or restore something. It sends:
- your purchase record: which items you bought, when, and the transaction details the store provides;
- a random anonymous ID that the game creates on your device; and
- technical details that come with any internet request, such as your IP address, country or region, and your app and operating system versions.
The game does not give RevenueCat your name, email address, advertising identifier or any device identifier. Automatic collection of device identifiers is switched off in the game. The anonymous ID isn't linked to your identity.
RevenueCat uses this information to confirm and restore purchases, prevent fraud, and give us totals such as how many people bought the Full Workshop. It isn't used for advertising or to track you. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy, Apple's is at apple.com/legal/privacy, and Google's is at policies.google.com/privacy.
What's stored on your device
So you can pick up where you left off, the game keeps a small save file on your device containing:
- which levels you've cleared, and your stars and best results;
- your hint balance, the marbles you've collected and the one you've chosen;
- which purchases are unlocked, plus the transaction IDs already credited, so a purchase is never counted twice and keeps working offline;
- the date the game was first opened on this device; and
- your settings: volumes, haptics, Relaxed mode and Reduce motion.
The game doesn't send this file to us or anyone else. Your operating system may include app data in your own device backup and bring it back when you restore your device. That's controlled in your device settings, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app deletes the file.
What we don't do
- No advertising, and no advertising or analytics SDKs.
- No tracking. The game doesn't use your advertising identifier and never shows Apple's "Allow tracking" prompt.
- No access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
- No push notifications.
- We don't sell or rent anyone's data, and we don't share it for advertising.
Children's privacy
Tiny Tumbles is a family-friendly game for all ages. It doesn't ask anyone for personal information, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases go through Apple App Store or Google Play. Parents can use the parental purchase controls provided by their store and device. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example in a support email, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your game data: Settings › Reset progress clears your level progress. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
- Purchase records: email us to have the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat deleted. Apple and Google keep their own store records. Manage these through your Apple or Google account privacy settings.
- Access, correction or deletion: depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its use. Because we don't hold gameplay or identity data, there's usually nothing to return, but we'll answer every request within 30 days.
Keeping data safe and how long we keep it
Purchase checks travel over encrypted HTTPS connections. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as they're needed to restore purchases and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and deletes them on request as described above. RevenueCat may process data in the United States and other countries where it or its providers operate.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever changes how it handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the store release notes.
